Lying on his back in the golden lined room of Captain Shank’s cabin was Tristan. Recently Tristan agreed to help the incoming beginners traveling to Lith Harbor. Although young, Tristan felt his days are coming and decided to help the promising and gifted travelers. He would’ve asked Manji (his best long-distance friend) to come along, but knowing him he would’ve laughed in his face and ran off. Tristan decided to spend the remaining part of the trip staring out the window. When he did he gasped and saw the flying creature that once terrorized the Land of the Sky once again and before he could react the creature sent his claws strait at the vulnerable Tristan.
Tristan flung back hard against the wall.
“Pason!?” Tristan gasped and blood tricked down his mouth. (Pason, his once best-friend, was an evil man who could take form of a Crimson Balrog and a human who killed his other friend Mai) The creature roared and swung his claws once again slashing off the roof of the cabin. Tristan ran to protect Shanks and the beginners and to his horror they were gone as they were never there. Were they ever here Tristan thought. He then drew out his father’s gladius ready to fight the beast. Then a loud crash roared in Tristan’s ears and he realized he had crashed onto one of the Sky Land’s buildings. Who the hell is guiding this ship Tristan thought. Tristan rose up and swung his sword at the beast making a huge gash in his upper-left chest. The beast roared and in retaliation slammed Tristan hard onto a Sky Land building. Tristan moaned and as he got up the creature slashed at Tristan again. Moment later Tristan realized he was free-falling and realized the creature was going to take advantage of this moment, but to his surprise the creature was gone.
“What the hel-“ He was cut off short when he landed back first onto the platform covering the Sky Land’s 2 mile tower. He scrambled for something to hold on but it was too late. He was now free-falling again 2 miles down to the floor. He tried to grab onto anything but as he progressed downward the weather got cooler…and the tower became more slippery. He knew it was impossible to grab onto the tower so Tristan prepared for a 2 mile collision on the floor below.
