Yeah, the last one wasn’t at all that indepth to the story, I understand this well. Hopefully I’m well awake enough to refine it. Thanks for reading the last one.

*echoes*
Elias found himself staring into a starry sky in the night. A moon, like a silver coin, seemingly stationary, staring him in the face way above the thin clouds of the galaxy. A cool wind blowing over him was so cool, so refreshing, that he felt it was better to just go to sleep and forget about what had happened between him and Death. However, even with the stunning peacefulness of Elias’ new surroundings, he still had pestering questions floating through his mind. “Where am I?” was his most important one, but others consisted of “Why have I been chosen? What could possibly be wrecking this place? Will I ever return to Earth? What will become of my friends over the time that I’m not there to help? Did I leave the stove on? Why does grass exist?” With all these questions, he soon put them aside and lay back to sleep in the soft, cool grass.
The next morning, he woke up to a brilliant yellow sun exactly in the same place the moon had been the night before. Getting up off the ground, he decided to find some water to wipe on his face, seeing as how lying there in the grass was probably the reason why his face was covered in dirt. He heard the rushing of water nearby, thinking that there was a river somewhere in this new place. He looked around and definitely saw things unfamiliar to his normal life back home. Back there in El Nath, it was covered in snow, which was the thing he was going to miss most of all. Instead he saw only a few trees and not so much as one icicle in his vision. Heading for the water, he heard more echoes. However, the voices were much more faint last time.
A few more steps, and he found the river which he had heard earlier. Rushing to the banks he tripped over a stick and tumbled all the way down. “Damn…” He said, “I totally lost my balance with that fight from Zakum. What’s weird is he was stronger than ever, but seeing as how I’m in a new place, I can’t worry about that now.” He crawled to the bank of the river and took off his gloves to gather some water in his hands. However, what he saw were not his regular hands.
“AHHHH!!!!!” Cried Elias. Being in a state of shock, he jumped up on his feet and ran backwards, only to end up tripping on another stick and hitting his head on a rock.
“Ughhhh…. What happened?” Moaned Elias as he got back up. He came to see the moon again, with the same certain stillness and silvery glow that he saw the night before. He remembered falling on the rock, but could not remember why. He never really had a sense of balance in the first place, he’s always been known to be clumsy. Once again he went to the river and searched for his gloves. Finding them underneath a rock and putting them back on, he soon fell asleep again. The ordeal he’s been through was so terribly tiring, he felt like he could sleep forever, but he soon blew it off and started to sleep, again.
“Hmm… this guy’s new. Seems pretty interesting with the clothes.” Elias was soon awakened by the strange voice. He soon woke up to a bright new day with the sun shining on his face. Along with his vision was possibly the strangest thing he saw. Once more, he was in shock. “AHHHHHHH!!!!” He screamed as he got back up, he started running away from the stranger and tripped again, fortunately, not landing on his head this time. “WHO ARE YOU?!!!!!” He pointed at the figure, he was slightly blinded because of the sun in his eye when he woke up. “Whoa, the first 3 seconds meeting you for the first time, and I already see that you’re probably, and most likely, insane.” The figure said with a cool voice. Elias was still having trouble seeing who it was that was speaking to him. He then thought of something. He felt around for his staff and found it still on his back strapped safe and sound. Using it, he fashioned himself some glasses made of of ice. Putting them on, he soon saw clearly again. His headache was alleviated as well too.
“Well, you looked insane before, now you just look funny.” Elias saw who it was talking to him. He had anticipated this for some reason, but didn’t know why. He was looking at what appeared to be a humanoid fox, looking like an average teenager. She was wearing a long-sleeve shirt and jeans and was staring at Elias with a puzzled look, wondering what he was doing. Seeing this, He quickly retreated behind a rock. He coldn’t believe his eyes. This was the kind of creature that he had only seen the people back home draw, but as cartoons or comic books. However, this person was 100% real in every way, right down to her appearance.
“What are you?” Elias asked. The person responded, “What do you mean? I’m the same as you…”
To be continued…
