I was in the forest of Ellinia running my morning jog when I came across a Page being threatened by another Page. I was about to help him but someone or something, had taken him out in the blink of an eye. When I looked closer the man was on the floor out cold and the victim ran away before I could ask if he needed assistance.

I walked back home doing my usual thinking. When I reached the house I noticed that Jenny was walking towards the big hill down the block of our house. I went inside to change into a different pair of clothes and then climbed the really tall hill. When I finally reached the top I sat down next to her. She was holding the Garnet Ore I had given her and was looking at the open sky.

“Hey.” I greeted her snapping her from her daze
“Hi Frankie.” she replies back
“So, watcha doin way up here?”
“I just wanted to think.”
“About…?”
“It’s nothing important. Lets go home.” she said with a smile on her face
She got up but then stumbled. She grabbed my hand to hold herself up but she just caused us both to start rolling down the hill. The hill was so high that it took a full two minutes to finally come to a stop. We were both gasping for air as we laughed.
“LET’S DO THAT AGAIN!!!” I screamed a little kid
“I don’t think so.” she said
I awed and helped her to her feet. We looked at each other for a moment, not moving and inch. I then looked to my watch.
“Oh, umm we better get home. Niecy and Jeremy said they were making lunch.”
Her stomach rumbled at the same time mine did. “Haha, let’s go.”

After lunch I got ready to take Niecy to Sleepywood to teach her about some of the monsters that dwelled in the caves. She got into her Bandit uniform and I got into my Magician wear. I handed her a scroll and we both instantly ended up in the spooky town of Sleepywood.

I showed her how there are different types of mushrooms, the rare Stirges that are only found there and in the Kerning City Subway, and the one-eyed monsters called Evil Eyes. It was time to show her the Drakes so we entered the next cave expected to see swarms of drakes. To our surprise there were none left! We did her voices coming from across the cave so we stood behind a pillar and listening to the conversation.

There was what sounded like four people. They were arguing and then suddenly a star was thrown. I looked around the corned to see an Assassin, Magician, and two Warriors. The stronger Warrior and the Assassin dashed off out of the cave’s many exits leaving the other two behind. I looked at the Warrior closer. It was the same Page that had been attacked in Ellinia! Him and the girl left a minute later and Niecy and I were left with our eyes wide open and mouths dropped.

We traveled home and plopped ourselves down on the couch, astounded by what we witnessed.
“Don’t tell anyone what we saw okay Niecy?”
“Okay Uncle Frank, I wont”
“Good.” I said pinching her cheeks
“OWWWWW, LET GOOOO!!!” she pleaded
I let go. “But your so cutie.” I said making a mushy face

She walked up to her room rubbing her cheeks. I also went upstairs to take a nap. As I went up there I saw that Jenny and Jeremy were walking in her bedroom. I was too tired to mind what they were talking about so I just shut my bedroom door behind me and slept like a baby until the next morning.
