Maplers
Basically your average adventurer. The Maplers were the last race to evolve during the Age of Evolution. Now they are the technologically superior of all known races. Basic appearance of a Mapler consists of a head, with hair and varying facial hair resting upon a neck, which rests upon a torso that consists of a ribcage area, with two arms(with hands which have THUMBS!!!) attached, and two legs ending in feet supporting the torso. The head of a Mapler is approximately equal in size to the rest of his/her body. Notable Maplers include : Grendel the Really Old, Helena, Hines, Dark Lord, Dances with Balrogs, Isador and Maldran.
Shadowlords
A naturally strong and evil race. Their history is just like their body; shrouded in darkness. A Shadowlord typically wears a black cloak with hood, with a shadowy face and terrifying red eyes. The only known Shadowlord is Crull.
Eldar
The Eldar are an ancient race, existing far before the Age of Evolution. They existed before even the Tree of Eternity, and are unaffected by the changes of the ages. An Eldar is similiar in appearance to a Mapler, but they are taller and slimmer. All Eldar are possessed of agility ten times that of the most agile of Maplers, however they are far weaker physically. The Eldar do not use magic; instead they harness the power of the mind. An Eldar Farseer is literally, capable of doing almost ANYTHING using his/her psychic powers; and in terms of mobility, the Eldar are easily able to go anywhere, anytime, instantly. This ability is done by summoning a portal to the Webway; an extra-dimensional system of paths and doorways where thought becomes reality. As far as the other races were concerned, the Eldar are non-existant until the Age of War. Notable Eldar include : Farseer Taldeer, Oromis and Exarch Macha.
Fairys
The fairies are quite simply, the citizens of Ellinia. They are tied with nature as a Mapler is tied to its own heart. When one becomes extinct, so does the other. Fairies are extremely dextrous and clever, and are capable of flight. Even a newborn fairy possesses more magical potential than a Mapler archmage. The fairies have lived in Ellinia since the Age of Evolution; however most tend to be racists are extremely distrustful of Maplers, with the exception of Grendel the Really Old.
Divine Entities
In general, these are Gods. They hold nearly infinite power but are not allowed to directly interfere with the affairs of mortals, with the exception of the Keeper of the Tree and the Shadow Weaver.
Pantheon of Victoria Island
The Keeper : goddess of life, nature and strength.
Shadow Weaver : god of evil, destruction and chaos.
Tyrian : god of law, justice and cookies.
Zuthalor : god of the forge.
Akios : god of mountains and stone.
Khaine : god of war and the Eldar.
Krios : god of trickery, music and rubber chickens.
Arkenux : god of magical and psychic power.
Pantheon of Wizet
CEO : Holds absolute power over everything. He has the power to create and destroy multiverses; but he does not know what to do with it.

Grendel the Really Old
The archmage of Victoria Island. He rules Ellinia and possesses enough power to level even the mountains of Perion with a mere thought. He wields a powerful staff that can mold itself into any weapon with a command word, and it also stores powerful spells which can be summoned also with a command word.
Helena
The Grandmaster Archer of Henesys. In times of peace, she oversees the town but does not actively participate in political matters. In times of war, she trains new recruits and defends Henesys by herself if neccesary. Her Bow of Magical Destruction possesses an infinite supply of Storm Arrows.
Hines
The former archmage of Victoria Island. Killed in the first Balrog attack.
Dark Lord
The Grandmaster Assassin of Kerning City. Capable of doing anything from throwing thousands of varied shurikens simultaneously to vanishing into thin air. His weapon of choice is a Dark Meba, with Immaterial Shurikens.
Dances with Balrogs
The chief of Perion. His IQ is approximately 39; he is only chief because of his great strength. He once wrestled down a Horntail dragon with his bare hands. His weapon of choice is an Immaterium Axe; it can slice through anything as if the victim was made of air.
Isador
A Mapler, he is nimble, witty and extraordinarily literate. The Shadow Weaver blackmailed him into training Crull, but he would betray his master at the first opportunity, if he was sure that the Shadow Weaver would be defeated. He is one of the Four Mortals prophesized by the Keeper of the Tree, but fortunately for him, the Shadow Weaver does not know that. Isador is almost as agile as an Eldar; his weapon of choice is an ordinary steel rapier.
Oromis (I couldn’t think of a name so I randomly thought of one, ok?)
Not much about Oromis is known to Maplers except that he is an Eldar. According to Farseer Taldeer, Oromis betrayed the Eldar several times until he was finally banished from their society. He wandered the Webway for several millenia; and during that time his body deterioated. He grew more and more insane, until the Shadow Weaver finally found him. The Shadow Weaver essentially healed Oromis’ body by encasing it in a suit of Necrodermis. The Necrodermis was a type of “living metal” which was nearly inpenetrable, and would instantly regenerate if it was damaged. The Necrodermis allowed Oromis to terrorize the Webway in his quest for revenge; until it finally consumed his soul. Oromis is now a living machine, and the most skilled swordsman in the omniverse. His weapon of choice is a Necrodermis katana.
Maldran
A Mapler, and one of the Four Mortals. He followed a similar path to the Dark Lord, but he is reckless and rude. He wields twin Shinkita katars and a Blackstone claw.
Crull
Crull is a Shadowlord, and the only one known to even the Eldar. Ironically, he is also one of the Four Mortals. His strength dwarfs even that of Dances with Balrogs. He serves the Shadow Weaver
for now. Crull’s sparring partner is Isador, and he wields an Immaterial Scythe.
Farseer Taldeer
An Eldar Farseer, her psychic power rivals that of a god. She leads the Eldar, for she was the one who first discovered the Webway.
Exarch Macha
An Eldar and Farseer’s Taldeer personal assistant. His psychic bracer shoots Immaterial daggers, and he was the Eldar who first discovered Wraithbone.
Blackstone
A type of metal, similar to obsidian in appearance. Nearly indestructible, and can only be shaped using psychic energy.
Storm Alloy
Another type of metal, it is bluish colored, completely indestructible and it causes a psychic explosion upon impact.
Immaterial
Immaterial can be any type of metal, as long as it is in the Webway. An Immaterial sword for example, would have its handle and crossguard in the normal world, but its blade travels through the Webway. However, the blade is still partially in the normal world, and thus it can cut through anything with terrifying ease.
Necrodermis
A living metal, black in color. Almost nothing can penetrate this, except for Immaterial blades. If a piece of Necrodermis is damaged, it instantly regenerates to its original form. A weapon made of Necrodermis is the only thing apart from Immaterial that can penetrate armor made of Necrodermis. So far, the only Necrodermis in existance consists of Oromis’ sword and armor.
Nice.
