The Warrior

I am finally in the mood, so here we go!

Chapter. . .Err. . .5?

Gee, I don’t use chapters anymore.

Rock’in the plains.

Ninja and his renowned guild barged through the north gate. Now, the monsters were outnumbered, although by a small margin. Ninja and his acquaintances drew their daggers, equipped their claws, loaded shuriken stars into them.
The Ninja summoned up two Avengers, one in each hand. He slashed one drake into oblivion, then another, and another. . . It was clear that the Ninja’s powers were unmatched.

The rest of the assassins followed suit, slashing monsters with amazing speed. The bandits were stabbing monsters furiously, leaving the monsters’ bodies riddled with stab wounds. The guild were moving in coordinated fashion, much like a troupe of dancers instead of rash, bold thieves.

The human defenders were stunned by their ‘performance that some of them clapped in awe of the thieves’ skills.

Monsters were falling, left, right, front, back and center. The speed at they were driving back the monsters were never heard of. So this is the power of the Ninja. Indeed a legend., Fenrir thought. The monsters’ numbers were falling rapidly

A man stood on top of a hill near Henesys. He was fully cloaked, and a hood covered his face. Equipped on his belt were a pair of daggers which looked like a dragon’s tail curled up. Fitting enough, it was called the ‘Dragon Tail’. A dagger’s hilt protruded from each of his boots. He muttered to himself, with a hint of sarcasm, “Note to self, do not let monsters without the ability to think, lead an army into a battle zone.”

The monsters beat a hasty retreat, not wanting to lose anymore of their comrades. Celebrations were in order. That night, the citizens of Henesys drank themselves till the point where they were going to faint or puke. The band played all night long. Today was the day Henesys celebrated their first win against the monster legion. The thieves stayed although reluctantly.

Families celebrated the peace that had fallen over Henesys, Buddies drank through the night, guilds partied at their headquarters. Fenrir, being an orphan and a loner, stayed in his bed, thinking of what he had done today.

I didn’t know I could do that. Killing a Tauromacis…, he thought to himself. Fenrir closed his eyes, wanting to replenish his energy. He dreamt the face of the beautiful scout that had arrived to warn the town. His dream then turned to a cloaked man, the man’s eyes were red, the surrounding were silhouettes of monsters, he could make out wings, a big mushroom, and a lot more monsters. Fenrir woke with a start.

It isn’t over yet

Like I said, don’t worry about the length. AznRiceFan ‘s chapters are way longer than yours.

    EDIT: frontpaged =D

  2. um you use the word “although” in an improper way.

other than that the plot is very exciting. ^_^
