   Kindly be informed that guilds with inappropriate guild names will be disbanded starting from 1st August 2006. This action arises from concerns expressed regarding guild names with offensive and illegal content.

   Please be careful in any name selection in the future. Read the Terms of Use and respect all our rules regarding name selection. With effect from 1st August, any guilds found with inappropriate names will be disbanded without prior notice at the discretion of the administrators.

   For simple reference, avoid:

   Impersonation of GM names, NPCs, other chars
   Sexual context
   Obscene body organs
   Vulgarity or otherwise offensive, or may cause confusion
   Drug/Narcotic references
   Action phrases or complete sentences such as “Youwillnotsurvive”, “defameme”, “killme”.
   Names that is may be illegal or may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights laws
   Names with reference to hacking activities such as “haaacker”, “goodbotter”
   Names that make no sense or created to confuse other users with letter masking such as “0liveOlL”, “lksdjflij”. (I.e. switching “i”s for “L”s and zeros for the letter “o”).
   Otherwise inappropriate.
   If we believe you have created a guild name to mislead, confuse or annoy other players with the spelling of the name, the administrator will disband the guild. If you are concerned or in doubt about a name choice, we suggest you do not use it.

   Postings must abide by the rules and regulations to be eligible for this event:

   1. All siggy must be original creations. Use of another person’s siggy is not allowed.
   2. Submission must be in our standard size of 300 (width) x 150 (height) pixels.
   3. No midi or sound is allowed in your siggy.
   4. Each member is allowed to post only ONE (1) siggy. His/her forum or in-game identity should be embedded in the submitted siggy.
   5. All siggy created must be suitably appropriate (i.e. no offensive, sexual, abusive representations etc.). Failure will result in disqualification and post deletion.
   6. All entries must be posted in designated forum threads
   7. All entries found to have taken part in “Best Forum Siggy Contest I” will not be eligible and considered.

   Hints and tips for good Siggy

   Be original. Try not to use siggy creators that won’t make your entry stand out.
   A visually appealing and meaningful/humorous siggy will appeal more to the judges.

   31st August 2006.

   Availability
   The contest is open to all players in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Winners will collect the prizes from the respective county’s AsiaSoft office.
