(Well I planned to stop writing my stories, but one of my friends (in maple) wanted me to finish my story, so once this series ends, thats it, I’m gone)
Those grunts soon became words, and Zard heard the terrible overthrow the monsters would be throwing against the humans in three nights. Zard knew he could maybe hold off a bunch of monsters in one town, but there were 4 other towns on the Victoria Continent.
Three people came to his mind; The Female Mage that healed him, The old wizard that brought Crim and Zard together, and his old friend (who probably hated him) Crimzard. He quickly retreated to Ellinia to search for them……
He snuck away from the monsters careful to not make any sounds, because he saw Cargos, and Tauros there as well. He siddled away, staring at the monster crowd to make sure they didn’t turn around. Without paying attention he had stepped on a twig, that cracked into pieces. He closed his eyes, and swallowed as he felt the air swishing around him as the monsters surrounded him. He reopened his eyes, which had gone under a color change; the familiar red and black. The monster stared in awe as they saw the banditsin’s armor metomorph into black red and gold metal plates burning with fire cover his body. For the split second that the monsters lived, they felt fear.
An obnoxious warrior was heading towards sleepy when he was in full view of Zard, and stared at the banditsin with fear for his life. Zard’s armor changed back to normal, and his eye color returned to normal with a dark blaze dying at his feet, until everything was back to the way it was. The warrior continued to stare; sweat beads dripping from his forehead, and as little beads of sweat started to form on the bridge of his warty nose. Zard stared at him, and dropped the Tauro head torn from it’s body, leaving a thick blood trail he had in his hand, as he nonchalantly walked to Sleepywood to the Sauna to purchase some scrolls to return back to Sleepy. The warrior ran away screaming, and crying like a little girl who had dropped her ice cream.
Zard walked to Henesys, and from their took a cab to Ellinia, and as he stepped out of the small cab with leathery seats, he felt the fresh warm, flowery air overload his sense of smell. “I hate fresh air…” he said to himself as he walked to a small cabin on the outskirts of town. This was the home of the girl that had healed him, but instead of knocking and going into the cabin he pierced the Sleepywood scroll, with a throwing star that had the words engraved “Meet at Sauna” on it. He threw it carelessly, releasing the sharp steel star from his hand letting it hit the dead center of the door. With that he walked back to Ellinia, asking fairies directions, on where Crimzard lived.
The information he was given contradicted other information he got from other fairies so he was left by himself to figure it out. He explored all the cabins, until he found the one cabin he never saw before. He was about to pierce a scroll with a steel black kunai with the words engraved “Meet at the Sauna” when the door opened and a somewhat young, strong mage stepped out.
Zard and the mage’s eyes met, and they stood their, with a nervous silence between them. Everything seemed to go quiet, as a gently breeze blew a leaf in between them…..
