“I was here first.” Understable, but not in this case.

I believe that Legits are getting worse than hackers. We’re becoming much more aggravating and pissy. I’ll supply my reasoning when I’m through.

So my boyfriend and I (who plays maple with me) were at Drakes. First off we had to cycle through the channels from channel 15 until we found a map without a hacker on channel 2. That’s too many hackers. Even one hacker is too many. So finally we got there and there was blessedly no one on the map. After about 10 mins we had to deal with out first low level item-vaccer. We really just ignored her cause we weren’t picking up our items. I didn’t want to deal with that. Then a lvl 50+ spearman came onto our map, walked right by us and had the AUDACITY to set up his botting right in front of our staring eyes. We yelled at him and told him that we reported him until he left without a word. God.

After another item-vaccer made his way through the map a lvl 46 fighter came in and started KSing us. I told him repeatedly to leave, that the map was full, but he didn’t respond. Finally he responded and told us that he had been here first. Matt and I looked at each other and went what. We had been there for 20 minutes and knew full well that there had been no one else there but us. So we said that we had been there first. He replied “Well I was here first. I left to go shopping.”

That was another major what. We told him that that was pretty stupid of him to say and then he just kept on KSing us and harassing us. He even started to harass Matt (a level 43 fighter) by telling Matt that he did crappy damage compared to himself at that level, using a lvl 35 sword. I got really pissed off at this point and told him to shut up and mind his own business. That’s reasonable I’d think.

Eventually he left and Matt and I were still feeling pissed off, so we didn’t talk much and eventually I had to leave. Things aren’t always the best between us.

So, I have a theory. Since there have been so many hackers for the longest time, people (especially higher level legits) are getting annoyed that all of the maps are taken. I do this as well. So whenever legits find a free map they try to keep it to themselves. They don’t like sharing just because they don’t train as much anymore – as a result of there not being many maps free – and they want to get as many exp as possible and work on their own terms. They don’t like having to compromise.

So therefore, legits are b.i.t.c.h.y. This is my reasoning.

EDIT: Yes, I realise this seems kind of mean itself. Not all legits are like this. I know that. I’m just giving potential reasons for why the angry legits are just that.
