You probably know what’s the point of this blog.
I cannot believe it. This never happened when Wizet was in control, I think Nexon might be corrupted.
I was happily looting and KSing hackers at Eos tower 21st floor.
I had to wash the dishes, so I put the attack key on my keyboard with my webster dictionary and happily went AFK.
–2 minutes of singing and dishwashing later–
I come back.
I sit down, face opposite to the screen.
I go search for a tissue.
I look back at the screen.
It says I DC/ed, Ok, no biggies.
I log in.
A message appears.
I look at the screen.
I stare at it.
I read the message 1 time, 2 times, 3 times, 4.
I giggle nervously, and collapses on the floor.
Ok, the collapsing part wasn’t real. =p
But. . . time for screaming.
HOW THE HELL DID I GET BANNED FOR USING A 3RD PARTY DEVICE??!?!?!?!? I DUN EVEN KNOW WHAT A 3RD PARTY DEVICE IS FOR GOD SAKES! I WAS ACCUSED BECAUSE I WANTED TO MOOCH OFF SOME EXP??
WHY O, WHY DID I HAVE TO GET BLOCKED AND THAT HACKER WAS STILL HAPPILY BOTTING AWAY?

Dear Nexon Games and Wizet,
Hello, I am here to inquire about the blockage of my account. It was noted that I had been blocked due to usage of third-party devices. T_T
I was in Eos Tower, where there were alot of hackers active, I noticed. I went along the channels KSing and Looting off them. I had accumulated all my mesos that way. I know it is unfair for legit players, but I just wanted to mooch off some experience points to pass a few friends at leveling. However, I was accused of using a 3rd party device.
I have no idea what is a third party device. Or what’s a bot tool. I think it’s a computer? Anyways, I was hoping that mabye the company could unlock my user, to prove that I was actually legit. Ask all my buddies. I have never hacked in my life, and never will.
Please unblock my account GMs? With a cherry on top? =)
And note this, there are alot of hackers at the flying monsters maps. Why?
I saw alot of people hacking at maladies and tweeters. Please go catch them instead of banning those who do not deserve it!

They thought you were botting, because that technically IS botting.
So you have no reason to complain to Nexon for this. Nexon made Maple Story, they just passed it over to Wizet, which they kinda failed at.
Edit- And before you ask, yes, I have lost something that I worked more than a year twords, even if it is just pixels. I was banned on my GaiaOnline account after a year and a half, for something I hadn’t done. So I do understand the injustice you feel, but you really can’t do much right now.

Nexon is the company that hired all of Wizet’s people and designers. Wizet had the job of hiring 30 – 40 GM’s and could do anything without Nexon’s word. Now Nexon has taken over MapleStory because it ahs grown to over 30 million people. Nexon, the founder and creater of Wizet is now a sahdow over the top designer of Wizet. Wizet cannot make any desisions without Nexons promision. Wizet has lost 4 game designer’s over the past few months and Nexon is probably angry. The CEO of Nexon has probably had a vision of a “new” MapleStory that will destroy anybody’s account who is found hacking/helping/using a hacker or hacking tool. I have been in MapleStory for over almsot 2 years and I know what the traditions are. Nexon is now pushing Wizet more and more into making new GM’s and new rules about hacking. I HATE what my beloved Nexon has done and am trying to change it. As you may have already known i’m a high level and a really go position in the GM friends. I have to talk to a GM for around 30 minutes to make him believe me, as like Shynobi, he just has to send an e-mail or whisper to a GM and just like that BOOM your account is banned. Please do not make a big mess over this because it will just make it worse. Thank you if you have read this, i know it’s big =D

Well it is kind of your fault that you did seem to be botting when they probably caught you (you standing in plain sight endlessly attacking while afk) is mostly considered botting. You should’ve thought more about what you were doing. Technically you are botting and were respectively banned. Good luck trying to unban your account, and other things that might’ve went wrong.

Technically, a third party device is using a hacking tool, or any tool used with MapleStory, but not associated with it. Technically, you weren’t using one, but in a way you were benefitting from one being used.

Botting in MS is simply, attacking or doing another action without actually being in front of the computer. And besides, looting off hackers has always been against the rules. Wizet simply never enforced it.
What I am wondering though: if you’re, say, pressing the attack button once every two seconds while reading or doing homework, is that considered botting?
And Darkwar, though I do feel sorry for you, I hope you realized your wrongdoing.

Bottom line is, you should know better than to put a book on your attack key while someone is hacking, right?
Imagine you’re a GM and you see flying monsters and a level 5x fighter attacking them *as if* he were botting. Now you get why you were banned, right?
Botting is illegal, but it shouldn’t warrant a permanent account ban like that. I do hope you can get your account back
Still, its better not to attack monsters that have been vacced to avoid being mistaken for a hacker.
You can get banned for even ksing a hacker its profiting from the use of hacking and you were botting read the faqs it doesn’t matter if you had a program or a coin on your keyboard as long as your not there and and your char is donig something.
