He has the radiance blood within him…
The six year old snored in his bed. His black hair and bedsheets were ruffled up. His milky eyes and small bedsheets showed his innocence.
“wake up yujji…”
He turned in his sleep.
“wake up yujji…”
He pulled up his blankets.
“WAKE UP YUJJI!”
And he fell out of bed.
Yujji woke up, on the floor, with a young girl standing over him. Her red hair flowed as she opened the window. But most distinctive of all was her eyes. Her left eye was blue and her right was green.
“You idiot, we gotta go to training soon.”
“Great…” he thought.
” Common I don’t wanna be a slacker like you.”
“uggh, five more minutes.”
(1 hour later)
“WELCOME TO MAPLE TRAINING MAGGOTS! YOU WILL BE IN THIS PROGRAM FOR 7 YEARS, AND THEN YOU WILL BECOME WARRIORS OF MAPLE, DO YOU UNDERSTAND MAGGOTS!” the trainer barked.
“SIR YES SIR”
“Sir yes……..*snore.” Yujji fell asleep.
“MAGGOT WAKE UP!”
“Aww common.”
“BECAUSE OF THAT BACK TALK YOU CAN GIVE ME 1000 PUSH UPS RIGHT NOW!”
“Nice…” Yujji whined.
“HURRY UP.” Yujji got on the ground and began. The trainer walked down then line.
“What’s your name maggot?” he said as he stopped at Yujji’s friend.
“Koko Sir!” she answered.
“Are you afraid of me GIRL!”
“SIR NO SIR!”
“Ok we’ll see about that.” The trainer walked over to the weapons rack and pulled out a medium sized spear.
“Pick your weapon”, he ordered.
Koko walked up to the weapons rack and carefully looked at the weapons. She finally pulled out a extreme short dagger.
“Your kidding aren’t you maggot?”, he mused.
“I never kid around, sir.”
They stood in the sparring arena. All trainees stared with close intent. Yujji stopped doing his push-ups and watched his friend and his trainer go head to head.
He thrusted his spear forward as soon as the fight started. She immediate dodged by sidestepping with incredible speed. The trainer was interested, she wasn’t a normal trainee. She ran to him so fast, he barely blinked. Her dagger came to his heart with killing intent, but all she hit was air.
“What the…”
The spear was coming at her, full speed ahead. Everyone leaned in thinking she was going to die. But to everyone’s amazement, she jumped onto the spear. She ran the length of the spear and kicked the trainer right in the face.
“She’s gotten faster”, yujji thought.
The trainer skid across the ground and landed in a heap on the ground. Unmoving and unresponsive koko walked over to the slumped trainer’s body. Suddenly it turned into a summoning rock! She immediately put up her guard as a punch landed sqaurely in her face. Her dagger flew out of her hand as the trainer was immediately running toward her. Without her dagger, Koko stood her ground. The trainer threw a punch, only to be thrown on the ground.
“Don’t underestimate her…”, Yujji thought.
“Taijiquan, redirecting martial arts and knowledge with a dagger”, the trainer said.
She was going to win! All the maggots were cheering her on, as she got into another stance. But the trainer was gone. She looked left and right to see some signs of her trainer, but found none.
“SAVAGE-“
She put up her arms.
“BLOW”, the trainer finally said.
Koko could feel the repeated stabs and blood trickled down her arm. Then it was over, her arms were a bloody mess as the trainer picked her up. The maggots on the sidelines were cheering even louder for Koko.
“Goodjob ‘trainee’, you will grow to be a great maple warrior one day”, the trainer said. Koko smiled before colapsing from bloodloss. “Get a medic”, the trainer called as she was taken away.
“GO KOKO”, yelled Yujji.
“HEY MAGGOT, WHEN DID I SAY YOU COULD STOP WITH YOUR PUSH-UP. BECAUSE OF HIM YOU ALL CAN DO 500 LAPS AROUND THE VILLAGE.”
“Aww…”, everyone moaned.
Anger grew in Yujji eyes, and if someone would’ve looked closely, they would see his eyes glow blue.
