Timezone: Technically, GMT-5, but we’re in daylight savings. Just assume GMT-4 for now.
Online times: 12pm-12am. I am not online for the full 12 hours, but sporadically through that period of time.

FEEDBACK QUERIES

You are free to give me NEGATIVE when:
1. I make any mistake at all.
2. I make absolutely no attempt to compromise.
3. I fail to contact with you within 3 days after the auction ends.

I give NEUTRAL when:
1. You have sent me minimum one message (Basil PM or Maple whisper) at least 2 days before feedback deadline, but couldn’t trade due to time restraints or other personal events.
2. You have traded successfully with me before, but made a mistake in our latest trade.

I give NEGATIVE when:
1. You make no attempt to reply to my messages at least 2 days before feedback deadline (and/or you offer no explanation of your absence in your BasilID). Take into consideration that I know there is a human reading this on the other side. When you don’t reply, a part of me honestly worries what happened to you.
2. You have never traded with me before and you make a mistake. Think of it as “regular customers get VIP cards.”
3. You refuse to trade, regardless of reason.
*Keep in mind that just because I give you negative, it doesn’t my feedback comment to you will look horrible. If you’re nice enough, chances are you will see something like “Minor mistake. Please give this friendly trader a chance!”

Special situations:
1. If you have more than one trade with me, and I am temporarily unable to fulfill my promise (e.g. missing a trading appointment) regardless of reason, I will give you one positive feedback in advance. This is assuming, we have communication.
2. If I make a mistake, I will give you positive with an apology in the comment regardless of what feedback you give me.
