I awoke myself to find myself in a cozy hotel room. It was heaven sleeping on the bed, but my head still hurt like HELL. Memories flashed back into me.
A Hybrid proves well for this experiment. After we finish training him, remove his memory. Don’t leave a scrap of information behind like you did last time!, said a scientist.
Sir yes sir!, said another one.
I clutched my head and screamed out in pain.
Sir! He’s one of them , one of the failures!, said another voice, after inspecting a tatoo thing on my arm.
THEN WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! GET HIM OUT OF HERE!
My eyes widened in shock. The visions stopped, as did my headache. I walked out the door, grabbing my Doombringer hung on the back and put it on mine. I walked out the room, only to find a man sitting on a throne. Behind him were the twins, Maple, Niel and Iggy, all held by chains.
“Welcome to the Hybrids Guild HQ, young man,” said the man.
I noticed two guards besides him, both holding Fairfrozen’s. I also noticed that overhead, there were heads on trophies.
“Where am I and what are you doing to my friends?!” I yelled back at him angrily.
The two guards besides the man in the throne held up their Fairfrozen’s, but he waved his hand and they returned to their original positions.
“Oh nothing, just going to make them Hybrids, that’s all,” he said calmly.
“You son of a bi-”
I wasn’t able to finish that sentence because the guards jumped at me with incredible speed but not nearly as fast as mine. I used my speed and flashed my sword over the Leader’s neck. A Steely poked me from behind, opening a small splinter sized wound. I looked behind me to find the Leader, holding a Casters with the Steely pointed at my back.
“Nice speed, I was thinking about recruiting you, how ’bout it?” he asked, grinning slightly.
“I’ll have to pass,” I replied.
“Are you sure? You’re putting your life at stake as well as you’re friends,” he said calmly, his face turning from a grin to a frown.
I smiled, “I’m pretty sure that my friend’s lives are safe.”
He was confused, “What makes you say that?”
“Take a look behind you.”
He looked behind him and saw the tip of Nor’s Impaler and the sharp side of Niel’s Hellslayer.
“What?! But how?! How did you escape?!” the Leader yelled furiously.
“Tremendous strength and Hybrid powers are fun to use aren’t they?” Nor said.
“Especially when your speed is almost 50x more than an original Mapler,” said Kogek, holding a Steely to his neck.
“Don’t forget about birth inherited powers, such as my Zakum fury,” Iggy said, grinning and holding an Ilbi to one of the guards neck.
“Especially when you get to have tons of fun,” Maplerz said, holding a Steely to the other guard’s neck.
“Zakum?! Hybrids?! You people are insane!” the Leader said.
“Make a move and you’re history,” Kogek said, tightening the grip on his Steely.
He grinned and brought his Steely up, everyone impaled their weapon through the Leader’s body, which dispersed into a Shadow. Kogek sent tendrils of mana throughout the entire room and found one empty patch of air.
Andy, strike the pillar near the left of the door, Nor, strike the right. Iggy, get some of your blasts ready and shoot near the top of the door, Kogek said telepathically to us. We nodded and got into position. Kogek shot hundreds of Steely’s combined with mana in them. They tore through the door and me and Nor smashed our weapons into the stone pillar next to us while simultaneously Iggy shot his rocks at the wall on top of the door. Niel and Maplerz shot through the air, shooting a Steely and bringing his Hellslayer down onto an empty patch of air. Blood was drawn and the Leader came out of Dark Sight.
“Arggh!” he yelled in mercy as he clutched his shoulders, where the Steely struck and the Hellslayer was lodged.
“Big mistake messing with us pal,” Kogek said.
He smiled maniacally and laughed.
“DID YOU REALLY THINK I WAS THE LEADER?! I’M A DECOY FOOL! THE LEADER WILL COMPLETELY ANNIHILATE YOU GUYS! HE’S TWENTY TIMES STRONGER THAN I AM!”
“Then we’ll just train twenty times harder!” Nor exclaimed.
“What?! Don’t make me laugh! You guys couldn’t train for life!” he yelled, “The only way to go into the same league with him is to kill others! At least more than 200 dozen!”
“Abuban should have no trouble,” I said.
Just that moment, Abuban and Hector busted the door on the side.
“What’d we miss?” Abuban said, grinning.
“Just about everything. Everyone out!” I said.
Everyone went out and I called to Abuban, “Abuban, stay here and use the blood, you’ll need it.”
He turned into a zombie form and sliced the fake Leader in half and drank all his blood.
“Do you think you’ll ever get used to this?” Hector asked me.
“I already have. My whole life’s been full of blood, why hate it now?” I replied.
He held his mouth and went behind the throne chair.
[Insert vomiting sounds here]
“Still not used to it yet?” I asked, one eyebrow raised.
“Hell no.”
I laughed and went out the door and met with the others. Hector and Abuban came about 3 minutes later.
“Err, what’s that thing on your Road Hector?” Kogek asked.
“Oh god,” Hector said and he covered his mouth.
“Everyone back away! He’s gonna blow!” I yelled, backing away.
Maplerz stayed, “Hey! What’s the worst that can happen? Is he gonna vo-“

“EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!”
We all kept laughing at his unluckiness and he fainted. We brought him to the Kerning City Inn, where he happened to be right in the pipes before the Party Quest area. Hector had his Battle Road washed and Maplerz woke up and washed his Scorpio set and replaced it with a Sauna Robe. We all slept soundly, awaiting another day to come.
My guild leader Annie(she doesn’t come on anymore) got married! Lol, I forgot to take a picture of Anni spamming her. >.< Darn me and my forgetfulness!
[EDIT]Crap the Pic doesn’t work! Oh well, here it is.
. . .I got NONE of that. That was prolly the worst of the 4 or 5 you’ve made, no offense >.<
I agree with deathwalker. This one wasn’t as good as your other ones. >_<
I understood it, even though I haven’t read the other ones. I particularly like the plot, I think I’m gonna go read the others now. =)
It could’ve been smoother. That’s all I have to say. Except–
Your main character is too super-powered. Why write a story with a perfect, all-powerful person that succeeds at everything when you could write about somebody flawed, and develop their personality/character more?
Btw your characters leave no impact on the reader, and it creates a feeling that you didn’t spend as much time developing the characters’ flaws, likes, dislikes, etc.
My apologies, I’m being too nitpicky again aren’t I =.=
Guess writing a chapter while having a headache is bad.
