On the platform of the port, there were a dozen armed men. As they saw us take get off the boat, they suddenly raised their weapons. Kogek and I wondered what was happening.

“Andy and Kogekisha, you have both been under arrest of a large felony”, they said so suddenly.

“What makes you think we’re gonna go with you without a fight?!” I snapped back and drew my Doombringer,and Kogek drew his Maple Kandayo.

“Seems like we’re gonna do this the hard way, all right men, offensive positions!”

All the men got into certain stances, ready to rip us apart with glares of death. We just stood there for a few moments, waiting for the other team to attack. I decided that Kogek and I would strike first, he nodded. I used my lightning speed to my advantage, catching them off guard. I used the hilt of my sword to knock some of them out, Kogek put the rest of them to sleep by punching them. I just saw the boat leaving. Kogek and I bursted towards the boat, barely managing to make it.

“We have to go to Ludibrium”, I continued, “It seems that I have some ‘unfinished’ busniess to settle there.”

“Right, I have a few friends there who might help us.”

We went into the cabin and saw a young assassin getting harassed by by the higher rankings. At first, I thought that he would be all right, until I saw the people raising various kinds of weapons. I was in front of the poor assassin in a second, sword in hand.

“Let the boy go”, I said.

“You’ve interrupted guild business, loser!” they said and jumped right at me.

It was a good thing I had some Chief Bandit blood in me or I would’ve never blocked all of their attacks. Kogek saw what was happening, and used Dark Sight. I knew his plan and smiled. I continued to block their blows and waited for Kogek to strike. After a few moments, he appeared and knocked all of them out.

“About time you did that”, I said, “I thought you were sleeping.”

“You know I love fights!”

I turned to the assassin behind me and said, “You all right?”

“Ye-yeah”, he finally managed to stutter.

He was a young boy around the age of 15. His Dark Shadow set was all torn and broken. His hair was a dark blue color and his eyes were shining with a crimson one. I looked at him and thought of this article I read about sometime around the time I was on the Cabin and looked deeper into his eyes.

“Wha-what are you d-d-doing?” He said.

“Just hold still boy, don’t move”, I said, then I saw it, the pure red glow inside, “So this was what they were after.”

“You know about it?!” he exclaimed, “just from that one examination?!”

“Tell me, Andy, what’s going on, what does he have?” Kogek asked.

“He’s the boy born with Zakum’s power inside of him. I was just looking at the Eye of Fire that you needed to summon Zakum. He has it inside of him”, I said, standing up and pointing at the boy.

“Zakum huh? Never fought him before, been itching for other big bosses.”

“Excuse me, sir”, the boy managed to say, “My name is Iggy, I was born with this inside of me, someone named Grendel the Really Old told me about it.”

Grendel, huh? Looks like it was HIM who sent the information to the newspaper, I thought.

The ship suddenly stopped and the captain sent a crew member to give the passengers another ticket. The three of us each took one and he left. I looked at the ticket, it was like any other thicket except it was green. The ticket read “Ticket to Ellina”.

They must’ve shut down the Orbis Port, I thought.

Everyone sat there in silence, shocked that they shut down the port. We were all silent the rest of the trip and arrived in Ludibrium shortly. Everything was there except for one thing, the people. Ludibrium, was a deserted wasteland! No one was there, even the clock tower had stopped. Then I noticed a strange castle.

“You guys stay here and keep a lookout for anyone who’s coming.”, I requested and their responses were a series of nods.

I went towards the castle. I saw all the citizens and people gathered around here. I took a seat in front of the battlefield. On the stage, were two fighters. One male, one female. I smiled.

Coma and Panic Saber, brothers and sisters battling it out, this should be amusing, I thought and put myself in a rested position.

Suddenly, a guard put his hand on my shoulder and tried to pull me to face him, only succeeding in flipping himself over to his back. He stood up once more and faced me.

“Hey! You’re not supposed to be here, get out!” he yelled.

“Get out of the way, loser”, I said, entranced by the fight and grabbed him by the shoulder without thought and threw him right into a wall. Everyone turned to look at the ruckus except for two other people also sitting in front of the arena. The two were still going at it. Then I saw two guards go up on stage.

“I said, no guards aloud in this area! You’ll be punished dearly after this!” Panic cursed, and continued fighting.

The guards mumbled something that I couldn’t hear and took of their helmets, revealing themselves as an Ranger and a Chief Bandit. Three more people joined Panic’s side, while another one joined Coma’s side. Then I saw it on the Chief Bandit. The Third Eye.

Abuban, the one who hones the mystical Third Eye, this fight is becoming more and more interesting by the second, I thought and smirked.

The fights commenced, and they all started fighting.

Heh, Lee brothers AND THE Mazurka! Now this is a real fight!

The fighting commenced. The girl started shooting Holy Arrows at the Lee brothers while Abuban blocked their throwing stars. One Arrow missed, and one hit, but the Brother who got hit ignored the pain. I concluded that she wasn’t a very good fighter. Just then I saw the conclusion, The Ranger, Priest, Abuban had won their fights. Coma gave a finishing blow, not enough to kill him, but just enough to knock him out for a while.

Seems like this fight’s over. It seems that the little ‘goddess’ has been training really hard

The group of four ran and got away. One spoke to the other in the front row.

“The sleepwalker’s son was there. You should’ve seen him. And oh yeah. Your son, Abubanite, thats his name right? He was there too.”, one of them said.

“My son was there?!” the other’s face didn’t turn into a smile.

“Why aren’t you smiling?” the first one asked him.

“Because I feel sorry for him.”

Hmm, sleepwaker, Abubanite, son?, I pondered my thoughts for a moment, I better remember this, just in case.

I wrote it down with a pen on a piece of paper and stuck it inside my pack. I went back to where the two mates still were.

“KEEP HIM AWAY FROM ME!”, Kogek screamed as he was running for his life from Iggy, who had hearts in his eyes.

I picked up Iggy and asked, “What the hell’s going on around here?!”

No response, his eyes still had hearts. I had no choice, I gave him a good hard smack on his face.

“Pull yourself together man!” I said, after smacking him for a moment.

“Sorry, I’m just sensitive to beautiful girls.”

“Well, forget about her, she’s a goddess.”

“Goddess?! Coma Saber?! That was her?!” Iggy yelled.

“So that explains the wings on her back”, Kogek said, calming down.

I told them to forget about her and focus but we wouldn’t stop teasing Iggy, he had tears in his eyes until we stopped.

“All right, we’ll go to the inn to rest up, stack up on supplies and be on our way. I’m tired”, I said as I looked at the dark sky.

We slept soundly and woke up to another day of trouble.
