I came online this afternoon, and my best friend (on MS and IRL) in a real state.
Someone’d managed to get her info, somehow, and had taken her account. And the person whole stole her identity’s gone and spent $25 on crappy hair, which looks so stupid.
This has really annoyed me. She’s spent ages on that character, has so many friends, and the two of us have so many memories together on our characters. A good thing I guess is that the hacker’s only changed the pin, so now all we need to do is guess the right pin. D: So far we’ve tried about 70, out of 10,000 possibilities. At least her clothes/ mesos haven’t been stolen, and the hacker actually wants to play on the account.
So for now, we’re going to keep guessing, and tracking, and doing everything we can do to reclaim the account.
