Yes, lol, I’ve decided to play a bow jester. Nevermind that my other acro isn’t even a ranger yet. . . haha. The bow jester is on Glaphan, though.
Aibatt is full up on characters from me, plus things are pretty overpriced and I also wanted to see if I could make it from the beginning, without using a second, third, fourth or even fifth char as a money/item-giver. So far, he’s pretty rich for a newbie. I did that lost puppy quest from Loyah (Losha’s little sister) and that gave me 15k. W00t!
Well, I got some time to play during the 2x exp event. It was nice overall, but I think they really ought to increase the exp we get cos it is terrible in later levels. Why can’t we have 2x exp all the time, then when there needs to be compensation for something or they want to do an “exp event”, how about 4x exp. Eh?? Nice, right? I think so too. (^__^)
Wow, I got lucky, cos I almost forgot about 2x exp. But at the moment I logged in, I saw “2x exp event starts now!” on my screen. I was incredibly happy. I got my little blade-to-be to level 30.
My assist is still lvl 41, but after lvling my merc I decided to level her. But first I needed to come blog about this other stuff before I forget about it, lol.
Oh noes. This is just great (extreme sarcasm). I haven’t been able to play Flyff in awhile, so on the one day I can, it’s maintenance. That’s fine, cos they were putting in the new skill system, YAY!
Then I go to the site and find out, my server is down (along with Mia)! That’s really sucky. Who knows how long they’ll take to get those servers back up. What was wrong with them? They were working the other day. . .

I decided to take a week off since I was getting severely overstressed, so now that I have this week off, I’ve been playing Flyff obsessively. I haven’t been able to play this game or anything else in a month.
Most people are upset by the way skills are in the v.7 update. I rather like it. I don’t like how little sxp high-levels get, but oh well. We hardly get exp as well. But I like the fact that I can choose what skills to train and what ones to “just get to the bare minimum so I can get to the next skill”. And it’s a whole lot easier than standing there, staring vapidly into space whilst holding down a hotkey. Yes I was a legit skill spammer, lol. I was always at my keyboard. Consequently my skills never got spammed so much, cos I would get bored very quickly XD.
So, after a loooong absence I tried to play Flyff since I had some time off. It patched, then GameGuard goes, “zomg this is a default error, f00l. j00 cannot play, haha, pwnz3d!” and exits. RAWR!
I frantically search the forums to find other people are having problems with it too, and found another person who had the same problem. It was looking like I’d have to reinstall (ugh), but then I decided, well I’ll reboot then restart the game and see what happens. Lo and behold, it let me in! But by that time it was so late, I had to go to bed so I never got to play. (T_T)
So. . . I was training my psykeeper-to-be at steamwalkers. This aoe assist and his personal heal slave were running around gathering up as many mobs as they could. They even took my mob, after I accidentally clicked off it (stupid of me, I know).
I went to get my mob back and the girl goes “get away” while the guy keeps repeating “don’t ks”. You cannot ks in this game. If a character is fighting a monster, you get a message in red letters that you can’t attack a monster someone else is actively fighting. There’s no guarantee for more than one monster, however, and they are in my opinion fair game if you don’t have it selected. Especially if you’ve just taken 30~40 mobs and left the rest of the people in the area with nothing, having to wait til you kill them so others can respawn.
Rawr. . . well last time I wrote in this blog (maybe?) my assist was lvl 26 and doing pretty good. Then the unthinkable happened. I noticed I screwed up with her somehow.
She had a point on str, one freaking point! How did that happen? I was being very very careful where I placed my stats. Did I just have a brain fart one day and put a point on str? Was I not paying attention (which often happens cos I’m usually talking to several people in game as well as outside of game when I play) and think I was putting it on sta or int? I don’t know.
Well, after talking to both my brother and a friend, both of whom have a special knack for being able to calm me down, I decided to keep the guild around for good, but: no one gets access to any aspect of the guild except for myself and my alternate characters. This means all my alternates are made kingpins, and they have join rights and item rights. My guildleader char still has all the rights, of course.
I forgot I gave rookies item access in the guild bank and there was only one rookie left… well they cleaned out the gb. I don’t know how, but they did.
I’m so disgusted cos I was just getting everything back in order after being gone for awhile. The gb only got cleared out once, when the guild was new. I had gotten the flu and was out for 3 weeks, leaving the guild in the trust of 3 friends (or so I thought).
