You know you hate em as much as I do! XD

Well it’s been a while since I last blogged, the reason?…I’m too dam lazy! MWAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA!

Beside my maniacal laughter, I’ve been fairly normal. People in pq’s are still jerks,my guild is still good and my personality is still slightly off base. But that is as another story….O_O. What I want to talk about is Maple story monsters…they don’t look like monsters! The majority of the monsters are cute, adorable little things that you fall in love with and feel guilty smashing they’re little brains out…well I don’t but other people have said they do. Now, now. I realize not ALL monsters are cute and cuddly, all the eye’s(evil, curse, cold etc), JR/Crimson Balrogs, Thanatos and others are all pretty monster-ee looking monsters. So don’t leave me any comments saying, “Well Aroan, FYI such and such monster is not cute!” I don’t give a dam about them. I’m talking about the cute ones so there! The majority of the monsters are not monster-ee looking monsters(hehe, I like the word monster-ee).
I remember when i first started, my first enemy, the snail. oh yes, I’ll just kill the innocent snail! So I do, then I get cocky and start laying the woop down on all things snail, remember your fist time meeting a red snail? you though something like this, “hmmm it’s a cute little snail, albeit red, I take this little #@%!$!” *owned by snail sounds* My problem is, the monsters are deceptive! Cute little monsters walk up too you and bam, massive damg you didn’t expect from such a cute little thing! How are you to know witch monsters you can wipe the floor with eh? I mean in other games you look and you go, “hmmm, big ass horns, glowing eyes, and an aura around this one, hell no am I taking this thing on!” All I’m saying is it’s confusing.
Well this has been a little insight into my thoughts, all of you people who were lost throughout this blog, no worries. It happens to people all the time!

Well if anyone got around to reading my previous post, you know how I feel about pq
s as a low lvl spearman,
Luckily the other night I said to myself, “hey I don’t need sleep, real men don’t sleep!” so i didn’t. I decided to get myself back up to the 101st floor of eos tower and beg myself into a pq (Now when i say night time I’m talking I started playing at 1:30 am I think I played till about 6 am, I not sure as the majority of my brain had shut down by the time I went to sleep). I managed to get into a really high lvl pq that had a smuggler! Now were talking business, they were good guys who helped the less experienced with the hard parts and had a great since of humor. We had some difficulties with some ppl afk’ing all time, but we had fun and I gained 2 lvls! (see pics for pqs).
Now we move onto my next day in MS(WOW two days in one blog! thats crazy!) I like to consider this one day because technically when I went to sleep it was today. After a brisk sleep till 2 pm I got up and pottered around the house, did some important things and then got on MS. Today my friends guild decided to have an Omok tourny between there guild and another guild they know. Being the somewhat curious person I am(I’m only curious till I get hurt) I went to observe the proceedings. Let me see now…how show I some this up?… Chaos. Chaos is the accurate description of the channel 11 game room in heneseys at 5pm pst! But it was a lot of fun watching ppl goof around in a friendly competition. I just watched from the side lines as I added to the chaos by doing random things and distracting my friends who were leading the proceedings, I’m a helper you see! (see pics)

First off, hello to all who read this, if any of you do…yeah, beside that heres my little rant about my first few ludibrum Party Quest(PQ) adventures.
Well I finally got thru what I like to call “lvling hell,” A.k.a, getting to lvl 35 from 31. It’s that little fun part of the game where there is no magical quest that gives you 30% exp…hard as hell, but I shortened thanks to a cleric who healed me while I tanked..and tanked I did, poor little Sakura Cellions(the little cat/dog/unicorn things). So I was finally at lvl 35, I had one thought, JOY! I was brimming with happiness, and ready to pq. But being the kinda person I am I went ahead and finished every quest I could first, progressing my lvl to 36. Hell it should be easy to pq now right? WRONG!
So I’m thinking “I’m a lvl 36 spearman with all lvl 35 rare gear, this will be a cinch!” Ever had your little dreams squashed in front of you? So still oblivious to my fate I headed to Eos Tower 101st floor channel 1 and started spamming my ass off, it was time to feel the ice cold hands misery sneaking up on you.
Basically my initial experience went like this, “joined to party”, expelled!”, “joined to party”, expelled!”,”joined to party”, expelled!” etc, etc. When I finally was allowed to stay in a party, you get meet the “O so friendly other ppl who play MMO’s” “WTH?!? he’s a NOOB!” “what NOOB!” “You guys are so weak!”, I must say I felt loved…don’t ppl realize they were once new at this game too!!?!?! For crying out loud! help the new ppl! don’t make an ass of yourself, your not more cool because you can be a jerk to weaker ppl! Don’t ppl realize the whole thing works better if they “EXPLAIN” how to do the quest?!? *huff* huff*huff*
Alright I’m okay, So eventually a Extremely nice archer named “MightyLima” takes the time to sit down and talk about how this all works, I mean I read up on it on the internet, but thats useless without experience! So we get through almost all the stages..BAM, leader disconnects…great, back to channel one PQ hell…after deciding that I’m sick of this…that is until I have the unavoidable lust for more experience. I go out and take out my rage on helpless little teddy bears, excellent therapy really! O_O
Later that night I got the courage back to head out into the big world of PQ’s and try again. Finally I got lucky(about time too!), I got joined to high lvl party who just needed a member to get in! YES! this is what i wanted, I just had to help with the puzzles and leave the Boss whooping to the strong guys while sucking up the heavenly amounts of exp! Everything went fairly smooth, besides the jack@ss party members with their little high lvl power trips on our noob asses, but I was to tired to care…Long story short we complete the PQ! Yes! the Boss is dead, it’s time to get our loot from the limited time(1 minute) bonus stage! I was feeling pretty lucky, especially since I had just finished a pq and if to prove my point, a lvl 50 cape pops out of little box just for me! GLEE!…and then the pain. As I was going up to the platforms to the prize boxes, one of the Assins cast Haste(Haste improves jump and speed) Now I ain’t so used to haste so Overshoot my prize and fall down a few platforms, no matter right? I mean it was obvious that broke that particular box right? No one would loot from me. would they? hell yes those little carrion would! Say good bye to the cape! I think the best thing about the guy who stole my cape is when I asked, politely, to give it back. His genius answer? “I ned it man!” Oooookkkayyy, lets get this straight, you’re lvl 35, it’s lvl 50…you need cause..?????
