I looked at Dan in awe. He completed the sack in just a few minutes, including the powered up Ticks. Dan looked at me and grinned. “He’s not even tired” I thought. I sighed and just grinned back. By then the bell rang, time for my next class.
I went to my locker to get the dumb history book. I quickly flipped through the pages. Grendal, Balrog, Dark Lord, Athena, sounded pretty boring if you ask me. The next bell rang and we were supposed to be in the class by then. I hasted myself and ran to my next class. I tried to use my dark sight to sneak into class. It stopped working right when I tried to sit down.
“Toshiro, why are you late?” the teacher asked. I shrugged and just sat down. The teacher grunted and went back to teaching. I looked up on the board. Learning about Grendal The Really Old. I put my head down on the desk and thought about the girl I saw. Man was she pretty.
Suddenly someone tapped me from behind. I jumped, and looked behind me. “What’s wrong with you scaring…?” It was the girl from before. She smiled at me and I smiled back.
“Hey it looks like we’re in the same class together” She said. My jaw dropped, Me, Her, same class, together??? She gave me a weird look. I realized what I was doing and closed my mouth.
“Uh, yeah I suppose so” I replied.
“Hey I didn’t catch your name earlier” She said softly.
“My name’s Toshiro!” I exclaimed. By then my back was fully turned from the teacher and I was talking to Jenny, the cutest girl in school. I felt a hand on my head. Then before I knew what was going on my face slammed on top of Jenny’s desk.
“Maybe next time you’ll choose to listen to my lecture, Toshiro” I looked back and was shocked the it was the professor. “And you Jenny! I thought you were one of my star pupils!” he exclaimed. Just then I blurted “It was my fault, I uhhh, asked her a question and got more and more interested and stuff…” Yeah maybe got interested about her I thought.
“Hmm very well, Class dismissed you two.” I looked around everyone was gone. I turned my attention on the clock. We’ve been talking for 10 minutes after the class ended. I looked back at Jenny, I guess she noticed too. She looked at me and blushed. We ran out of the class before we got into anymore trouble. It was time for the 1 hour break. Well 50 minutes now.
“Hey Toshiro, you saved me back there. Thanks!” Jenny exclaimed.
“Huh? Oh yeah it was nothing. I do it all the time to my parents anyways” I grinned “Oh hey let me see your schedule!” She quickly took it out of her backpack and we exchanged ours.

Period 1: Controlling Spells Class
Period 2: Maple History
1 Hour Break
Period 3: Accuracy class
Period 4: Sparring
40 Minute Break
Period 5: Controlling Spells Class
10 Minute Break
Period 6: Homework Class

Darn only two classes together, one is boring history, and the other one sparring. I looked up at her. She looked kind of disappointed, but then she looked up and changed her face.
“Hey it looks like we only have two classes together” I said “Lets just hope we don’t have to fight each other during 4th Period” She giggled and returned my schedule.
“See you later, Toshiro!” She flashed a smile at me and ran to her friends. I sighed and took this time to explore more of the campus. I went into the Mini Market to look for some good stars. All they had were Tops, Kumbis, and Mokbis. I bought a few sets of Kumbis and went out of the store. Just then something grabbed me and pulled me into the shadows.
“Hey kid, want to buy some steelies? REAL CHEAP!” He exclaimed. “Only 10,000 mesos” I quickly bought them and ran off. The bell rang for us to get to our next class.

Stealth class went fairly quickly. I learned how to make my dark sight last longer and got my haste faster. I was pleased with myself. But then this Bandit started bragging about how his skills were maxed and he didn’t need any practice. “One of these days I’m going to kick his @ss” I thought. We got a homework assignment to level up both skills one more time.
I was excited about sparring class because I can show Jenny my new moves and show off to her. I met up with Dan and the teacher picked two people to fight in the arena. It was pretty intense. Archers tried to keep their distance from the warriors because they knew that was their advantage. Same with the Bandits but they were too swift and quickly took out their opponents. The teacher chose me next. And guess who I was fighting, the bandit. We had to shake hands and greet each other. He spat in his and said his name was Rory. “The names Toshiro, and you better wipe your hands or I’ll kill you” I whispered. He gave me a smirk and wiped them. We finally shook hands. When the battle started I looked around for Jenny, but I couldn’t find her. Rory just kept coming at me with stabs and kicks. I tried to keep my distance and throw stars, but he used haste to dodge them. Maybe his haste was really maxed. “Just forget about Jenny, she’s probably in the restroom or something. Just take this guy out!” I thought. So I grabbed my steelies and quickly threw them at him.
They hit right in his stomach and he instantly stopped, dropped to his knees and screamed. I was shocked and quickly ran over to him. Just then I saw Jenny, her face was pale when she looked at me and she ran off. The teacher pushed me aside and took out the steelies. I saw priests in hospital uniforms running up to him. The teacher quickly dismissed the class, but made me stay behind. I watched the priests take out the steelies. They were green. The teacher took me to him office and asked me a couple of questions.
“Where did you get these?” He asked
“Uhh, umm. Oh yeah! I got them from a man, I couldn’t see his face because he was in the shadows.” The tacher looked worried.
“Did you know the steelies had poison in them? The teacher interrogated. I face lost its color and my jaw dropped, again. He then kicked me out of his office and I ran to find Dan but found Jenny instead. I tried to greet her, but she backed away from me. Then another boy came by and put his arms around Jenny. She didn’t have any expression in her face, but was lost in deep thought. I ran away, into my dorm and just lay on my bed. Thinking, thinking about Jenny, about the steelies, about the man in the shadows, about Rory, and about Dan.
