On the front page is a sob, sob story of how this guys life is ruined because Wizet banned his account for selling nX, or some crap. He probably is not telling the entire story, but that is moot. The point is, in trying to justify Wizet (wait, what?), I found some interesting things. My comment explains it all, but someone said I should make it into a blog. What the hell, why not?

“Your Account may be used only by you, except that if you are a parent or guardian, you may permit one (1) of your minor children who is 13 years of age or older to use the Account instead of you.”
Well those are the rules that you agreed to (excluding some interesting ones. Did you know you could get banned for kill stealing?). The only thing I can guess is that you had your older brother go on your account and charge the cash. This is, after all, what I did when gift did not work for me.
Point is you will never get your account back. You may as well stop sending emails because Wizet does not read them. They have better things to do, like count their money. In the infinite sea of rules and agreements (which almost all is unjustified [I read a lot of it to try and find the cash shop stuff. You would be greatly surprised how stupid most of the rules are]) they can find anything that you did to be wrong. You also cannot sue them for banning you because
A. We reserve the right at any time to:
Change the Service, including terminating,eliminating, supplementing, modifying, adding to or discontinuing any content or data on or feature of the Service or the hours that the Service is available.
(What this means is they can do whatever the hell they want, whenever the hell they want. And guess what? You agreed to it.)
B. “For each “real world” U.S. Dollar which you authorize us to charge to your credit card, you will be awarded one thousand (1000) units of NX Cash; provided, however, that we reserve the right in our sole discretion at any time to change the number of units you will be entitled to for each “real world” U.S. Dollar.”
They can make nX cash worthless at any time. And guess what? You agreed to it.
The funny thing is that everyone should get banned. I should get banned. You should get banned. Aura should get banned. EVERYONE should get banned. If you read the crap they have you agree to, they can literally ban you for anything. You can even get banned for making fun of Wizet!
Wizet is extremely injustice. If you read my blog (oddly entitled “Wizet’s Injustice”) you will see I showed many screen shots of this guy breaking the terms of agreement. Not in a minor way, also. He flooded my screen with cursing and harassed me. Not only did he not get banned, and never will, but they did not even respond. They only care about money.
The very sad fact of the matter is you cannot blame them. This game is free, yet to them it is a buisness. In any buisness, people are going to try and get the most money they can. If I was Wizet I would unjustifingly expire bought goods and make mega microphones a dollar, because guess what, I would make more money that way. The sad thing about life is that it actually justifys everything Wizet does. You cannot fight city hall, and you will not win. Depressing, isn’t it?

Heh, we all knew this already. They’re b*tches, and they can do whatever they want. I have friends that do tons of illigal stuff ( Not hacking, but compared to the rules, everything is illigal.) but some of them have NX. Meaning, they won’t get banned. Tiger? He has spend ALOT of NX. He only has a small ban now. LAPD? Everyone knows he hacks. Well, he has NX. Well, he’s still there.

Yeah but it’s true, what CAN we do? We’re all playing Maple Story, so we’re pretty much Wizet’s pawns. They own this game and they own your virtual charachter. You can say that they’re our parents in a way, Lazy, unfair and mean xD.
